We have just spent a week at these lovely apartments the where spacious immaculate clean . We had a 2 bedroom on the first floor plenty of room & massive balcony location perfect & pool very pleasant The family that own the apartments are very helpful can’t do enough for you . The apartment was cleaned 4 times whilst we where there lovely soft towels and fresh bed linen and well equipped kitchen will definitely be re visiting

Last minute booking as our intended accommodation wasn’t ready. 2 room apartment for the four of us. Basic but functional and I thought the balcony was great and the nearby pool area was ace. Near the main road but not too noisy and 10 mins walk from Kassiopi harbour. The complex owner Nikos also owns the shop next door. He was lovely and the store was really good. Also the pick up point for most of the day trips so extra bonus. Away from the main road are the excellent beaches of the Erimitis peninsula. So far unspoiled nature reserve and so peaceful. Overall the apartment was excellent and a real bargain. Highly recommended.
Just returned from our 2 week holiday here. We had a lovely upstairs apartment with 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. There are 6 of us, probably our last family holiday as 2 of our children are now 18+. There are only 6 apartments overall so never had any problems with other guests. The pool area is small but most the time it was only us using it as the other guest all had cars, we did not. Spent the majority of our time at the pool or one of the many beaches. Niko the owner who also runs the supermarket is so friendly and lovely as is his daughter Maria. She gave us tips on which restaurants to eat at. Apartments are kept clean and are maintained well as is the swimming pool. It is a 10 minute walk to Kassiopi and it is a struggle to walk back if you have walking difficulties especially in the heat. Fell in love with Kassiopi and will definitely return.
The location of the Lea Family Apartments are ideal providing an easy walk into Kassiopi and the wonderful of beach of Avlaki.
The apartments provide excellent accomodation together with a great pool area.
The convenience of Lea’s well stocked supermarket next to the apartments makes shopping an easy task.
Lea, Maria and the family are charming making you feel extremely welcome from the moment of your arrival.
They always enquire as to how you are enjoying your stay and if they can provide anything else you may need.
We loved the location in a quiet part of kassiopi but within easy reach of a beach and the village with many shops and places to explore and eat. Having a well stocked shop on site and a lovely restaurant nearby was a bonus.
I cannot complain about anything.
Maria and her family are very welcoming, rooms exceptionally clean with excellent facilities. It is great having the supermarket so close, ideal location, highly recommended and will return.
